A.V.I. started in the late summer of 2005 and has been a force in the Orlando rock scene since their inception.
With Sounds Reminescent of Kiss/Queen/Alter Bridge and many other interpretations, you can't say they sound like anybody for sure, because AVI has a truly unique sound that you can't help but love.
In the short time they have been playing together, they have stormed nearly every major
venue in central and western Florida. They have enjoyed success finishing as a semi-finalist in the 2006 Zippo Hot Tour, a semi-finalist in the Bodog Battle of the Bands , radio play on several
major local radio stations, and a recent CD release.
Their music is clearly defined by a wall of guitar sound, driving bass melodies, powerful drumbeats and vocal harmonies which will surely grab any music lovers attention and make them a fan of the power of A.V.I. music.
