I'm just a good ol' country boy from Georgia, tryin' to make his way out in Los Angeles, CA. I grew up on West Point Lake, in a little town called LaGrange, GA. My boys and I were big followers of Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson...and we never threw a tailgate bonfire without Hank Jr blarin' from the speakers! I lived between the pines and the pastures, and had good friends in dogs and rifles. I love that small town, always will. From there, I went to college in the "Classic City," otherwise known as Athens, GA. I played a little football there, and lived alot of life...learning lessons that have aided in the pursuit of my dreams in music and entertainment. Now I live in North Hollywood, and have just become the singer of a band called "Heavy Metal Country." We perform at dance halls around the SoCal area.     I personally think that it is great of you to post other artists music on your playlist, and I know it has nothing to do with cheating. It would not work. But using your high placement at the time to help out other artists to get noticed, is what it's all about!

    I had to come see for myself... Just left the forum.. I don't understand how the voting works here as I was 1st place last Sunday when I checked and then I woke up to find myself at 229th place. From the moment I signed on to this website and entered the contest I have heard a lot about cheating.. In fairness I listened to your song.     Hey Mr. Dukes, Great song "I Can't Pray". I lost my father in 1992 at the age of 54. I can relate, it was extrememly tuff to "stay vertical" during that period of my life. Good luck with the competition. Eric
