Duse Kannon, the Southern California born rapper has high expectations this year. He plans to be heard throughout the whole country this time around. After spending 8 yrs. on the underground level, he is more than seasoned, he is a veteran.
With his catchy punchlines and sense of metaphorical speech along side his smooth vocals, he is definitely prepared to be at the top of billboard charts.
The phenomenal 26 yr. old is now working on his fifth coming album entitled: ''Tha Spit-eratures Handbook'', Scheduled for release summer '08.

June 12th you can catch a performance as he is featured along with the Bay Areas own L.P. (LIVIN PROOF) At the Fat Cat club in Modesto CA. Followed by a performance with Family First (40 cal & Nina Loco) in San Diego CA. June 21st at the SOURCE UNSIGNED HYPE TOUR WITH FEATURED GUESS SUCH AS: TRINA/SLIP 'N SLIDE RECORDS, JOELL ORTIZ, AFTERMATH RECORD, SMILES & SOUTHSTAR,TRUTH HURTS, DJ SPARKS AND MANY MORE INCLUDING PLAYBOY MODEL: ELIZABETH WADE.
Then in August, Duse Kannon will be in concert in RENO NEVADA AT THE LOOSE MOOSE.
Stay tuned for more show dates and guest appearances from Duse Kannon during his ''Hard On Tha Ave'' tour this summer.

    So, I was wonderin' the other day: since I been down, broke, broken, despondent, and depressed for over six years now!!!, why have I not written a new blues song. Well I just did, and it is of the sub-category of 'hyperbole blues.' Now, this poor character may not have it as bad as me, or even some of thee, but that's the great thing about the blues. You can hear a story that can't touch your own, but it's still so sad, you know you're not alone. (In your suffering, that is.)

    Here is, "Little Story," and the thing I admire most about the character is that after all he has been through, he still looks for the silver lining. Enjoy!!
