Spin Hot Pursuit - Bye Week

Holworks - Higher Order Language Works - Welcome to the site of Mark Holman, a Fayetteville, NC native, ASCAP Artist, Publisher, and Cape Fear Songwriter's Guild member. I create music! Music is in me. Do you want music unspoiled by commercial fingerings? I can give you mood. I can give you an intellectual challenge. I can give you melodies that fix on neurons. I can propel you through the next few minutes through song! It is an honor to have you listen to my songs. You will find no one like me anywhere on any Internet site, in any record store or wherever you go to find and purchase music. I began this journey in October 2007 to complete in song a poor person's almanac entitled Carolina Commons. That album is ready to record. My second album, Splash, is underway in earnest. I am completing a catalog of songs that you may view by clicking on the ASCAP link just under this statement. Music is in me, . . .www.holworks.com I went into the studio to record five songs with help from some of my talented musical friends. Just When I Thought, Swift Water, Blue Opal, These Eyes for You, and Raise Your Arms that you may purchase through my home site. The Carolina Commons saga continues as I complete the requirements one by one. It is a slow journey but will be one worth the wait. Fans love this mini-album. http://resultstracker.net/t.php?id=51886

Mark, this last month I have averaged 70 hours and 7 days a week at work on a hot project.
This is maybe my 4th stop on Music Nation in the last 5 weeks. I have been working on music as possible but I have limited time and even more severely limited energy in the evenings. I expect this state of affairs will continue into the second week of December when I am expected to complete this project. I have to ask for patience, brotherman, there is more world than there is Ricky to cover it sometimes. :-)

    Mark. hi.
Addressing your comment on 11/7 about Brother John. Holworks Music says This is how I need to write songs with all the different parts. I am no where close to how musically and lyrically this song synchs. The lifts, the breaks and the lead in are awesome. Bill this is one of the best songs I have heard from you and I think I have heard most of them. I love it just as it is!!! I, as always, appreciate the comments, but let me repeat, I am as much a fan of your style as you are of mine. Adding a bridge or occasional pre-chorus (lift) is good once in a while, but I just want to go on record to say that you don't need to add anything other than continuing, time, and ever improving. Meant to write back about this before. All you ever need to do is continue being you, and from where I sit, you are the dog-pleasing, club-rocking, sometimes other musician accompanying, Brown Goddess worshipping, Spider Dance dancing, creative, North Carolinian music genius. Remember what Tom Petty said about all of us here in the same boat, "The Waiting is the Hardest Part," and that "You Don't Have to Live Like a Refugee." Cheers, WBA ; > \

Wow I just left a comment on Brown Goddess its really terrific as well as Spider Dance! This is going to be a hot album!
You are becoming a great tenor too!

    thank you for stopping by!

Thanks, but don't sell yourself short. You have the touch in all elements of the music. All you do is keep at it and then play it in public. Like my fellow Floridian, Tom Petty, said so empathetically, "The Waiting is the Hsrdest Part."

    Great song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! see notes.
Re: what to do to get heard//discovered. Please write to Rich Love Band, and say I sent you. Rich is researching screen writers, producers, and others, to present his life story....successfully. He is about to audition for a regular spot on a TV show whose producer also wants to talk about his bio. That gentleman has credits like the life story of the late grunge singer, Layne Staley, of Alice in Chains. Regardless, that was a giant in the rock and roll charts in the 90s and 00s. The point? Find out who's who. Research. Contact. Get permission to send stuff. Send stuff. Talk to Rich a little (no, not Rich Little) for some pointers from an expert on being heard. Wild Bill...and check the Brother John latest remix, still with no software, studio, or assistance. http://musicnation.com/music/wildbillaustin/brother-john-2nd-remix
