We were born just over a year ago in the city of Oakland, CA. Like many toddlers, the first few months were awkward at best. Took a step this way and that, and fell flat on our faces. Like most children of the future however, we evolved fast and for the last few months we've been tall enough to ride the rollercoaster.
We had a sweet video before we had a band. We were on Good Morning America before we played a show. The radio played our single before we'd finished recording it. Some say we are starting our band in reverse but the reality is we are evolving to an ever changing musical landscape. This is only the begining.
The future is NOW. The future is MALDROID.

Today's Spotlight / salute, brought to you by LSD: (PLEASE READ ALL OF IT. IT'S ABOUT YOU)Wow. I just woke up from only about a couple hours of sleep, and I don't mainline speed anymore, so please excuse my lame wording. Okay, first off I wanna say that you all know that since we are in the dark at the moment, that I 100% share your feelings in multiple "genres", if you will. Be strong, and know that although this was an absolute grueling competition, and that most of us worked very hard, that our work HAS NOT BEEN IN VAIN. We have all been heard by more people in far away places, that we could have ever hoped for. PLUS (big plus) obviously THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST COMPETITION here at MN. Lots, lots, LOTS more to come. We also learned soooo much about ourselves and eachother. The collaboration potential is amazing as well. All in all...............FREE PROMO BABY!!! Ahhhhhhhh, but now comes the absolute most important part of this comment. You ready? Here it comes..................... LSD's spotlight salutes (A very VERY special one): If you notice below, there are no links, nor are there names. If you also will notice, you as well as I, in an unselfish quest to explore new artists, probably haven't heard your own music in a while. Or not in depth anyway. In this, it is very EASY to forget what you think about YOURSELF, how you feel about your music, and how great you are, along with your absolute endless potential.
