Mental Block was also know as A.P.R(atlanta party rockers) when they first came onto the scene as one of the hottest dance groups in atlanta, and let there love of dancing take them to places all over the country. After opening shows, with just dancing.people always asked.. can you sing or rap. with the new addtion of mel (aka) melicious the brother duo deceided that the next step was to take there love of entertaining to the next level. being influenced by all kinds of music most of it dance, pop and rock. growing up to groups like BON- JOVI, 311, Art of Noise, RUN-DMC & N.W.A .Then add the infulence of what is now crunk music. what you get with a mix like that a whole new sound that is rap/alternative. And Mental Block. is the leader of the new sound that will keep you dancing and bobin your head track after track.
