That's according to U.S. authorities, which this week denied Boy George passage to American shores. The former Culture Club singer and New Romantic "fashion plate" was slated to begin a 24-city tour at the House of Blues in Las Vegas on July 11. The run was scheduled in part to thank fans for their undying loyalty throughout George's myriad legal troubles.
Those legal troubles -- in particular an impending court hearing in November in the U.K. related to an alleged kidnapping of a male escort -- are the reason that the U.S. government denied this latest visa.
Mr. George and his management and legal teams are appealing the decision. But it's hard to say if time will give him time, this time.
