Hi Jessica, I enjoyed your prose, at the top of your page. You know, I have been in this bizz for 30 years now. I have played before 10,000 people and worked with every superstar, you can name in the studio. Now, well, I would trade it all for a good woman that really loves me, a happy family and and a mellow life... somewhere, anywhere away from here. Yet I have no regrets! Should we follow our dreams, should I have, should you now? I have no answer! I traded all for them... the heart trumps the head of the poet, to his own demise at times. But remember, it goes the other way too and dreams do come to be. When you get that rebel feeling, inside and take those long trips, at no small risk, to heart and head. Its your pilgrim soul knocking and we artists have to answer that door, no matter the case, those of us who chose this path, ... or not? This one way ticket! ;) Smile! Maybe we had no say in the matter, from the very start.
