"Sun Means Rain" was the second song written for Bill Masley III. While QUANTA was in the studio, Bill struggled with leukemia. Rybo wanted to vent some of his emotions through a raw blues song, and so "Sun Means Rain" was written and recorded at the end of QUANTA's studio sessions. It was a last minute decision, but it's one of the dearest songs to QUANTA.
