Rachel Proctor is a Nashville based singer songwriter. She has had cuts by Martina McBride, Kenny Loggins, Blake Shelton, Lila McCann, Tanya Tucker, and Danielle Peck. She is currently working on a new album to be released in 2008. Her hit songs include "Where Would You Be" by Martina McBride and "Me and Emily" written and recorded for her debut album "Where I Belong" released in 2004.
