Music Nation is a Music Video Competition for Independent Artists

Okay, I took a swing at the Chevy song. Unfortunately I'm in the middle of a nasty cold so the results are pretty...cute. Actually I had great fun writing and playing all the instruments, you'll see. There is a better story behind this though. Almost one month ago I lost my dad, who had heart problems for awhile. My brother had fished out a special guitar of my dad's for me, an Ovation guitar with gold strings. As a child I wasn't supposed to play it, although I remember getting a couple of strums in here and there when no one was looking. Well, I took this special guitar and restrung it with some black strings that I had held onto for some crazy reason. This is the first song I wrote on it and the first recording I'll make playing my father's guitar. I hope he likes it. I hope you like it too.
