When I graduated from college, I moved from Ohio to California on my bicycle. That solo trek was made on $600 without a cell phone or credit card. I wrote a novel/soundtrack, ‘Moment in the Sun’ about that amazing journey, published it on my own, bought a 1970 VW Bus on eBay and am touring college campuses to spread the possibilities of a life without barriers.
