That's wonderful as it takes me back to the Best Times of My Life (other than the present moment). I was a devotee of Patrick Sky since 1965. Played acoustic since 1962, and when I discovered Pat, his blend of "Travis Picking" and outrageous humor has influenced me since. Your influences, like the Legend, James Taylor, Garth Brooks and wife Trish Yearwood, Allison Krauss, shed light on why your style is so pure and beautiful. I met Don Henry, who cowrote Allison's, "Where've You Been?" I put that on a par with John Prine's "Hello, in There" and whenever I even describe "Where've You Been" to others, I start to cry. That is the essence of a great song, and you have that element in a lot of your work. Congratulations!!
