Music Nation is a Music Video Competition for Independent Artists

Hey Loves:

This week is very special because Rocket is lucky enough to have the opportunity to play @ the Red Bull Air Race in San Diego, this Thursday, May 1st!! The flier is below. I heard we're playing with some cool band called "cut copy" from Australia. Red bull is building a tent called "The Terminal" to host this show, which is located at located at 7th and Market downtown! It's all ages so listen up, SAN DIEGO! come see us play this Thursday :)

Also, I went to Coachella this weekend! The only reason I really went was to see <a cover of Siouxsie and The Banshee's "Cities in Dust". Listen to it on his myspace page! Myspace.com/junkiexl.  Other highlights include seeing Steven Tyler and his entourage of 19 year old girlfriends, hanging out backstage with Butch Walker and Steven Mcdonald (from my fave band, Red Kross! Also. Eating Funnel Cake and meeting Ben Gibbard are up there too. Other than that, it was rather hot and crowded. If you weren't there, you didn't miss much!
