"Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent." In my mind, I hear endless possibilities. The soundtrack of my life floats through my body. Even if you made everything around me quiet, I would still hear it. And I would think to myself, this is the sound, of Oasis. Oasis started making music with a drive to make it different. As you might be able to tell, his sound is unique. However, understand that his music is different and not everyone might be ready to experience it. For those of you that do, thank you for being open-minded and accepting something new. The internet is the wave of the future. It has changed the music industry in countless ways, both good, and bad. It can help underground artist and producers like Oasis be heard by others, aside from those people in a persons own "social bubble". (Meaning friends, family, etc.) Aside from being a quick and easy way to be heard, the internet also can provide a producer like Oasis with a lot of diverse music and ideas in which he can be influenced by. Oasis’s musical influences are none other than The Neptune’s (Chad Hugo and Pharrell Williams) and Timbaland (Timothy Mosely). They inspire him in countless ways. From their unique style and sounds, to the way they are "Not Afraid". Meaning, they do not limit their talent to what other people might think. They put out what is in their hearts, what they like. They do not try to please other people. That is what inspires Oasis, their uniqueness. There is something else unique about the music Oasis creates. If you were to listen to the songs closely, you will notice (aside from sounding like the Neptune’s and Timbaland), that Oasis has an uncanny way of incorporating the sounds, patterns, and ideas of all the super producers of hip-hop and R&B into one beat.
