The video, which debuted on May 15th, was directed by Chris Calzia in a very detailed film noir style influenced by Anton Corbijn's work with Depeche Mode. ************************* Most everything in the music video was filmed in a rented apartment in East Los Angeles, and you can see the passion clearly evident in the work and in the acting by both Andrei T. and Marissa Hart. The stop animation photography segments also help add another dimension to the piece, bringing to mind darker stop motion videos by the artist Tool. *********************** Talons of Spring is currently gearing up for a live show and screening of the music video here in Los Angeles, and currently recording their second venture entitled 'American Noir' for release in 2008. *********************** They are also seeking to find investors for a conceptualized full-length film based on eight spoken word tracks, songs, and instrumental compositions.
