Music Nation is a Music Video Competition for Independent Artists

The Blackwater Conspiracy is a universal blend of cosmic energies that formulate one unified sound mix. Based out of San Diego, Ca, The BWC is a group of friends yielding a singular goal which is to create music for the sole love of music. Undefined in style, The Blackwater Conspiracy is compiled of a very broad mix of musical influences that defies convention and cuts through the normalities of sticking with one particular sound. The front man Robert, not only a killer vocalist, but a guitarist and keyboard player aswell, has opened for acts such as The Smashing Pumpkins and other now nationally recognized bands before they hit globally. The guitarist Chad, had his first band debut as a rhythm guitarist and keyboard player, opening up for the band Kool and the Gang at the once San Diego staple of music venue, The Bacchanal, and has continued under the direction of the rock to mature his guitar playing and produce the sounds inherent with the BWC. Devon, the Bass player, has played in a few north county local bands, such as Rare Breed, and has a natural talent to pick up music on the spot and add heavy rhythmic patterns that adds to the force of the whole band. Toby, the drummer has played in various bands and likes to bring some old metal and Zeppelin type musical energy into the mix. Though passion and determination, the Blackwater Conspiracy was newly formed in April 2007.
