Music Nation is a Music Video Competition for Independent Artists

The Murder is punk rock 'n' roll band based in Boston MA. Their sound has been compared to the likes of The Clash, Social Distortion and The Pinkerton Thugs. Currently, the lineup consists of Roach McKrackin on Vocals & Guitar, Pat Gill on Rhythm Guitar, J-Lanz on Bass duties and JG on Drums. With over 25 years of musical experience between them, and coming from bands as diverse as Entrophy, Mob Rule and The Apparatus, The Murder recalls the sound and spirit of Boston Punk circa 1996, bringing a sound that is both familiar and new. After less than a year as a band the group is already receiving critical acclaim. Pope Fraize of the Church of Leviathan says that The Murder is "Boston Punk Rock how it is meant to be", while fellow (blue collar) musicians The Blue Collar Convicts call us "Good Shit Kicking Rock & Roll !!!". The Murder are set to take the Boston scene by storm this summer, with plans of an EP and possibly a full length CD to be released by years end.
