Here's some interesting Steve McQueen history I've picked up:
On the night of the infamous Manson family Sharon Tate murders, Steve McQueen was supposed to attend the party (quite possibly a drug orgy) that the Manson family crashed, but met a mysterious woman who wooed him back to her bedroom for the night. This act of infidelity saved his life. He learned that he topped Charlie Manson's hit list because his film production company (Solar Productions) had turned down one of Manson's scripts. However some authors have suggested that Manson and his family were no more than whacked out hit men for some drug world mafioso's and the people on his 'list' actually owed money to these dealers. It's also reported that Sharon Tate had homemade pornos of flings with McQueen. And other matinée idols like Warren Beatty and Yul Brynner, who supposedly in an act burned into celluloid double teamed her. These videos were said to have been discovered by some LAPD officers and were sold to the highest bidder for beaucoup bucks . The only wife he didn't cheat on was his last, Barbara Minty, and that's only because he was dying and trying to make peace with God. Reverend Billy Graham, then a famed evangelist, baptized McQueen. If you want to check this stuff out for yourself see 'Steve McQueen: Portrait of an American Rebel by Marshall Terrell.' Also for the kinky Sharon Tate stuff, check, 'Everything You Know Is Wrong: The Disinformation Guide to Secrets and Lies.' There's some interesting stuff in there that will make you think about things with a more cynical head. But take everything with a grain of salt.

First, I love Steve McQueen! You guys don't look old enough to be creating music of this sophistication and maturity. Another wonderful tune. I think the picture certainly isn't the point, but it captures the essence of what your trying to say. I don't think I have heard much on this site that could be considered even close to what you have accomplished with this song.

Steve Mcqueen was a very nice man ~ so I'd prefer if you'd post artwork that at least placed this individual in a better light. That being said, you do have a sweet voice ~ & I like this song & especially the delivery of the lyrics ~ the sparse arrangement suits the song.
This song & singer sound like something I've heard before and a lack of sounding unique could put a damper on career plans, but it's a nice tune.
