Music Nation is a Music Video Competition for Independent Artists

Who are The Predicates, you ask? Why it’s Gregg O’Connell, Bryan Difabio and Erica Putis. Together they put the “c” in cool and “ork” in dorky. That’s right… You heard it here first. They met in 2002 at an open mic and have been making sweet, sweet music ever since. They thrive on making stick-in-your-head songs with catchy guitar riffs and quirky lyrics. Gregg rocks out on the guitar while Erica carries the rhythm on the bass and Bryan puts his DJing skills to the test. A key factor in their distinct sound is that Erica and Gregg both sing strong vocals with harmonies and Bryan adds a pumping electronic feel to an otherwise acoustic sound. They love interacting with the crowd and are never too cool to smile on stage. The Predicates have recorded 3 albums to date “Dissin’ Treez” which is an all acoustic album, “Let Me Carry Your Books” a raw indie rock gem and their latest one “Wicked Smart” which is acoustic with elements of electronic instruments mixed in and will be finished in 2007 by D-Fab (aka Bryan Difabio). The Predicates are gearing up for some great shows so make sure you check back, keep track and come on out to a god damn show!!
