Welcome to Florida wants you to enjoy our delicious funk/rock/pop medley. Rock out. Dance. Feel the grooves and bask in the funk. But most importantly, enjoy yourself. We formed in 2001 and have since self-released 5 full-length albums, 2 EP’s, and are currently working on a new release. Three of these albums have national exposure on i-Tunes, Rhapsody, and most downloading services, as well as online at cdbaby.com. The list of bands we have opened for includes: the Gin Blossoms, The Presidents of the United States of America, Stroke 9, Jazz Mandolin Project, and Cannibal Ox. We have been featured multiple times on one of the largest nationally/internationally syndicated independent music radio shows (“The Studio” from the guys at Mojo Music Studio), scored local airtime on stations such as WHEB out of Portsmouth, NH, and have been interviewed from stations as far away as Orlando, FL. Our Boston club highlights include escalating appearances at Harper’s Ferry until headlining Friday night this summer. We have also headlined at ZuZu’s (of The Middle East) and made multiple appearances at Abbey Lounge in addition to the numerous parties and shows at metro universities. In New York City we have headlined the Old Office stage at the Knitting Factory on a Saturday night this summer.
