Music Nation is a Music Video Competition for Independent Artists

The flavor has long lasted even at the age of 16! Living in the streets of Sioux Falls, South Dakota is definitely a struggle, but that is no excuse to give up. He has always lived up to the saying “Motivation is the key to success.” Being alone and not having a job, recording was beginning to grow into a sticky situation. Luckily, after months of searching, he found 3 teens that had the talent that he was looking for. Together they worked on writing music and just getting known with other bands that were in the same city. They called themselves the 605 Boyz. (www.myspace.com/605boyz). The next step for them was to feature shows. With every show they performed at, fans started increasing and screaming for more. With all this riding for them, they decided that maybe it was time for a manager. Ironically enough, their manager, Gum Mesele (AKA) G-Money, came to them in 2006. Weeks later with their first hosted show, they purchased all the necessary studio equipment to start their first, self-entitled Mixtape, 605 Boyz Mixtape Vol. 1. Included in their was YungMo’s first solo on a CD, “Watch Yo Back”. Many enjoyed this single, and wanted to hear more of it. Currently, YungMo has accepted the requests, and on the next Mixtape, Best In The Game Mixtape Vol. 2, there will be the single “See You Smile”, and the smashing hit “Hey Lil Mama”.
